======Anzu Dawnsinger====== //Pseudonyms: Empress Anzu, “Empress for a Year”// Species: [[Fey]] (formerly Elf) Realm of Origin: [[new_zygaxia|Endermor]] Occupation: Mystic, former empress, former Winter Maiden Allegiances: Fey (formerly Winter Court), the elven kingdom built on Aeldrath, the Endermor-era World Tree (precursor to modern-day Great Eldrak) Relevance to Current Era: Anzu made a pact with the the [[Blood Queen]] Gaimraith for power to help her save Endermor in exchange for a partnership between the elves and all feykind. Originally Gaimraith only wanted the Winter Court to benefit from this pact, but Anzu forced her to accept a pact that would benefit all Fey. Dreamwalkers [[Nemiriel Starweaver]] and [[Faerwyn Starweaver]] are her great-great-great-great-great-great-x? nieces((Her sister Dierdre is a Starweaver by adoption. -Nemiriel)). She was once the Elven host to [[Sios]], the Winter Maiden, as a show of good faith between elves and Fey. Their bond was severed and Anzu was expelled from the Winter Court for her unwillingness to overlook the Blood Queen’s past murder of her sister Khione. Sios pleaded her loyalty to the Blood Queen in order to spare Anzu’s life. Anzu was banished from the Dreaming and Sios was later killed. Her impression and some of her memories survive in the Crowns today but are fainter than the rest since she didn’t hold her Crown for long (and she did not die holding one). Status: Left Endermor with her adventuring companions [[Ironheart]] and [[Captain Jar]] to warn the inhabitants of [[Planet X|Seberus]] (aka Planet X/”Space”) about incoming retribution from the Old Order. They considered ‘eternal’ realms to be unnatural abominations and had already destroyed Endermor’s plane of shadows as ‘punishment.’((Nevermind that Endermor and Seberus were innocent and entirely unaware of the Grimm’s rituals that made their realms eternal. But the Old Order isn’t exactly known as paragons of good will or common sense. -Nemiriel)) At some point Anzu located a Seberus realm shard and was able to activate it to raise the Galaxy Shield. Her fate, and that of her traveling companions, is unknown after this. However, we theorize that the Old Order may have been so enraged by her actions that they destroyed Endermor in response. A piece of her soul came into the [[Mobius Society]]’s possession and is now in Nemiriel’s keeping.
