Typically and most easily defined as the current holder of a Mantle and therefore the current incarnation of the concept that it is tied to. While not all Mantle-holders are Conceptual Spirits, those who are not (the Fey Crowns and the Mantled Ashir) are rather drastic edge cases. Additionally, there is some overlap between Conceptual Spirits and Primordials, as some Primordials have never had their Mantles taken, but these individuals tend to be referred to as Primordials first.
