Nimbus the Stormdancer - Primordial Spirit of Renewal
Current status [12/24] unknown, because the Architect has been served papers and the windmill is now splinters at absolute Most, and I’m pretty sure that RIP nuked whatever machine was generating the shielding and boy I hope that wasn't one of the fey artifacts because if so, It Has Been Nuked. Completely and absolutely insane, generally unreasonable, and entirely murderous.
Currently holding the Architect captive “in the eye of a hurricane, in a windmill” because something he created is driving her insane due to its similarities to the “artifacts of the fey”, which we can safely assume to be the four sacred items of Tir Na Nog. ← Information Out Of Date
Considered one of the more Complex Primordials, she came into being sequentially after Solus. She gave the world sound and with it, the ability to play music, as well as being credited with coining the term Song of Creation (although it is unclear to what degree she was involved in that topic otherwise) and with giving the Breath of Life to Realms (with mythology stating that the first and last breaths a person takes are a gift from her).
In terms of more overt powers, she is capable of phasing into a ghostly form and through objects (like a gas), whispering at any distance at all, and perfectly imitating the voices of others. She was also able to transform the gifts of the other three Matter State Primordials in her own sphere (generally expressed primarily through weather events) to create greater miracles: firestorms with Plasma, acid rain with Solid, or hail with Liquid. The aforementioned extreme weather phenomena were most commonly created/performed when she was angry. It is said she could control the skies as when the Fey took the Mantle from Rusalka, the first of the four to be taken, Nimbus brought down the skies in an act of vengeance. Also apparently capable of fully just murdering a guy at a touch and then controlling the ghost version of him (and a lot of other ghosts, probably also x999 dudes but details remain unknown on account of Being Ghosts Who Were Trying To Kill Us) to come try and kill us, which I did Not appreciate.
Nimbus was described as being the most happy and jovial amongst the four Primordials. She would frequently give Atlas her mantle and objects temporarily so she could enjoy life as a mortal and would become invested in mortal lives & would eavesdrop on people. She loved gossip, relationships (especially matters of the heart, at least what one “fan writer would say”) and is said to have witnessed many famous relationships (at the time period) blowing up.
In terms of worship: She was documented as being worshipped by Diophase even after losing her mantle (only recorded name that we could determine to be a Mystic or Dreamwalker). Her followers would offer secrets to her in the form of burnt offerings, via writing the secret on paper and then burning it. It is rumoured but currently unsubstantiated that burning the secret and offering it to Nimbus will make the offerer forget it. There were no other items or objects of significance associated with her save the Jug of Living Breath which she gifted to Orion after he won her favour, and even then it was a normal jug until she blessed it.
She is documented as having minimal interactions with any of the primordials outside of the Matter States.
