Plasma: Orion the Flamebearer - Primordial Spirit of Truth
Last seen leaving Neo Mukai to stop the sun from going supernova. Current status and whereabouts unknown, although current theories stand that he may have become a Nexus Guardian for Mukai's Realm Nexus as per the visions granted through the most recent Neo Mukai realm shard. This theory has since been debunked, and it has be revealed that the Nexus Guardian is an Old Order Dreamwaler named Regulus Emishi
Orion is the second Primordial of Plasma, as the specific metaphysical mechanics of his taking on the mantle after the defeat of Ifrit in combination with his status as a (suspected) Mystic and the approval of the other Mantlemourne Primordials made him ascend a step further than the mantleholder transformation typically would. At present, we have effectively no real information regarding the identity of Orion before taking the Mantle and becoming the Primordial Spirit, but current theories run that he may have originally been one of the Mystics who worshipped under Drakaina, the First Watcher, Spirit of Truth, as when becoming Orion and accepting the Mantle, he took on the epithet Spirit of Truth. While many scholars believe his title to mean more in a sense of Illumination or Guidance, and that this is where the verbiage “Fire reveals all” or “Truth is revealed in the light” originates, the Soulforge does translate the title specifically and solely as Truth (although for reasons that we obviously cannot infer). We do know that Orion was an early Dreaming traveller, albeit it is unsure if he was from a specific realm or some other origin. We also know that upon taking the mantle, he took it upon himself to become “the protector of this world.” We are unsure if this particularly means the Dreaming or the entire Universe.
Additionally, while we do not know what specifically is used on a crafting level to invoke Orion for the purposes of a Pact, there was one story referenced in the book on the mantle handover between Solus/Ifrit and Orion in which Orion came across a shrine to the Underworld, specifically one that bore the likeness of Hel, Queen of the Underworld and he paid respects there by ripping a cabbage leaf in half, like a farmer’s offering, and taking a drink of Sacred Mead. This may have been either the inciting incident for the blessing given by her of the Erebus arrows or in response to it.
Note: while the items themselves have not been visible in any vision of Orion, when he was shown in R.I.Ps and T3MP3STs of the Mantlemourne arriving in Mukai, he did have three motes of light on his belt, one on each hip and one in the centre.
Extra Note: It is currently believed that the Priestess of Orion, Priestess Lyra, is a potential reincarnation.
